Hanging Tree Wines | “Taste of Bali” Night @ Ubud Restaurant
Members and guests are invited to come along for a fun filled day, learning all about our estate grown olives and the process involved from the moment they are picked, to the final stage of bottling. Each guest have the opportunity to pick some olives and enjoy the sunshine amongst the Hanging Tree Estate Olive Grove. This was followed by a picnic lunch held on our beautiful property, overlooking the broken back mountain ranges.

You can’t think of Indonesia without also thinking of its food – some of their traditional dishes are almost as old as the culture itself!

 

This is a matched food & wine dinner @ Ubud Restaurant that will tantalize your taste buds. Think Balinese street-vendor style marinated skewers, tender spicy beef stew in aromatic spices and rich coconut cream, and a healthy mix of vegetables in freshly ground peanut sauce – we promise we will keep the sambals on the side!
